    Shipping Questions
    What shipping options does WristZone have?
    We offer 2nd business day or you can upgrade to Next business day.

    How soon will WristZone ship my order?
    WristZone.com ships most orders on the same business day if the order if placed by 3:00pm pacific time. Multiple quantity orders, orders that require sizing, or orders that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses), may be delayed. If your order will have a delay of more than two business days, we will attempt to contact you. Please refer to the product page for any other shipping delays.

    Does WristZone ship to International locations?
    At this time WristZone.com only ships to the United States.

    Does WristZone ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories?
    Yes, WristZone.com can ship orders to most valid U.S. territories such as Virgin Islands and Guam. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service. There is an additional 17 fee for this service. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.

    Does WristZone ship to APO or other foreign military addresses?
    Yes, WristZone.com can ship orders to most valid U.S. military addresses such as APOs. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. There is an additional 17 fee for this service. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

    Are WristZone shipments insured?
    Yes, WristZone.com, at its own expense, insures all orders prior to shipping so there is no need to worry about lost or damaged shipments. You may select addition shipping insurance on teh shopping cart which will help expedite the claims process in case of loss or damage during shipping.

    Can WristZone have my order delivered on a Saturday or Sunday?
    WristZone can ship your order on a Friday for a scheduled Saturday delivery. Simply choose this special shipping option on the order form. There is no Sunday delivery available.

    Will I need to be present to received the delivery?
    No, on most orders we do not require a signature for the delivery. However, we highly recommend that you have a person available to sign and receive the order. This helps avoid delayed deliveries lost shipments.

    Can I ship the order to an address other than my credit card's billing address?
    At this time, WristZone can only ship to your credit card's billing address unless you contact your credit card company and add your shipping address on file as an alternate address.

    Are all WristZone's watches real?
    All watches sold from WristZone are 100% guaranteed to be authentic and genuine. We do not ever sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches come in the original packaging with all original paperwork and factory serial numbers.

    Do all WristZone's watches come with a warranty?
    Yes, all watches sold from WristZone include a warranty:

    Do all WristZone's watches come with a serial number?
    Yes, all watches sold from WristZone include a factory serial number if applicable.

    How can WristZone offer such a great price?
    WristZone maintains affordable prices on name brand watches because of our tremendous buying power. We buy product in large volumes and stock in house our entire inventory. Then due to our extremely low overhead, we can pass the savings on directly to the public.

    What types of payment does WristZone take?
    We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, and money orders. Purchases by money order will ship upon receipt of payment.

    Will WristZone size my watch before it is shipped?
    We offer to adjust metal band or bracelet to requested size within original band length on most styles.

    How do I measure my wrist?
    Measure your wrist using a soft ruler or measuring tape. Then add 0.25 to 0.5 Inch, depending on how loose you like it.

    What if I need additional links for my watch?
    Please contact us using the contact form to see if additional links are available. Please include the model number of the watch and final size you will need the watch. There may be a charge for additional links.

    What is WristZone's return policy?

    The watch I want to order appears to be out of stock?
    Please fill out our contact us with the model number and a valid email address and we will automatically notify you when it is available. Unfortunately we do not take back-orders for watches.

    The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you special order it for me?
    No, unfortunately all the watches that we carry are listed on our web site. If the brand or model is not listed, than we do not carry it.



    After the Order is Complete
    The tracking number I received does not appear to be valid?
    Often, we generate tracking numbers for order before your watch is physically shipped. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, it will be trackable. This typically happens around 7 to 8 PM pacific time on business days only.

    I just received my watch and I need to have it sized, what are my options?
    We recommend that you take your watch to a local jewelry store that provides this service.

    I need to get the battery changed in my watch?
    If your watch has a warranty through WristZone.com, please fill out the RMA request form and WristZone will change the battery for you. If your warranty is through the manufacturer, please consult the manufacturer and follow their guidelines for battery replacement.

    I would like to exchange my watch, what do I need to do?
    You must obtain a return authorization. Please follow this link for our complete return policy and instructions for exchanging the watch.

    I would like to return my watch for a refund, what do I need to do?
    You must obtain a return authorization. Please follow this link for our complete return policy and instructions for returning the watch.

    My watch appears to be defective, what should I do?
    Please contact us and describe the issue with as much detail possible. Please include the watch model number and your order number.

    I have not received a watch I ordered?
    Please contact us with your name, order number, and watch model and we will investigate your situation.

    My warranty is through WristZone, and I need my watch serviced?
    Please contact us with your name, order number, and watch model and we will contact you with instructions for obtaining warranty service.

    How do I track my order after it is placed?
    If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will be emailed a link where you can check your order status and get your tracking number. Your tracking will also be emailed to you once your order is packaged.

    How is my credit card charged?
    When you place your order a pre-authorization is taken on your credit card. This simply checks to make sure you provided a valid credit card number that it has the available balance to cover the cost of the watch you ordered. We will only charge your card once the watch ships.
